-A reservation is confirmed after payment of the rentalprice or after a confirmation email has been send by Zuid42.
-The rentalprice needs to be paid at least 21 days prior to the start of the stay. Guests with bookings made within 21 days prior to the start of the stay will be asked to either pay by banktransfer or in cash upon arrival.
-Guests need to cancel their stay at least 1 calendermonth prior to the start of their stay in order to claim a 100% compensation. For example: a booking with starting date October 20th needs to be cancelled latest September 19th. A cancellation is valid after confirmation by Zuid42.
-Guests need to cancel their stay at least 7 days prior to their stay in order to claim a 50% compensation.
-In the event of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the stay, no refund will be issued.
-When guests arrive but decide to leave earlier, no refund will be issued for nights not stayed.
-Changes in reservations will be allowed after consultation with Zuid42 and are subject to availability.
